ever read Jeremiah or Ezekiel? Those cats were definitely eating something. I think its kind of "interesting" that 2000 years of mystics have spent their lives working off of Ezekiel's acid trip of those chariot monsters.
I find it interesting, but 1) there isn't sufficient evidence; and 2) It's obvious that people don't need hallucinogenic drugs to have these kinds of experiences. Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson, case in point. Human mind is quite capable of psyching itself out on its own.
